Welcome! I’m Anne,
I work with adults, professionals, young people, and parents who are moving through transition, burnout, or emotional pain, and are ready to stop carrying it all alone.
Whether you’re facing a life change, grieving something you can’t name, or just trying to keep it together while feeling disconnected from yourself… you’ve landed in the right place.
Whether you're moving through a season of transition, managing invisible emotional pain, or quietly unraveling beneath the surface, you don’t have to navigate this alone.
I’m a licensed professional counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals in their most vulnerable and transformational moments. I work with young adults, professionals, therapists, and parents who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about what comes next—but who are ready to be honest, feel more like themselves again, and build something better.
Therapy with me is relational, intuitive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. You don’t need to be more productive, positive, or perfect here. You just need a space where:
You can fall apart without judgment
You’re seen without having to explain everything
You can explore what’s been unspoken, buried, or too heavy to carry alone
I bring fierce compassion and clinical depth into every session. Whether you're facing burnout, grief, identity shifts, or a lingering sense that something feels off—this is a space to slow down, feel your truth, and begin again.
My Approach
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked in residential treatment centers, outpatient clinics, family support programs, group therapy spaces, and private practice. My clinical foundation is rooted in psychodynamic theory, and I integrate a wide range of trauma-informed, somatic, and mindfulness-based practices, including:
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
Family systems & group process
Brainspotting
Mindfulness & somatic awareness
Wilderness-informed presence (from my early work in therapeutic outdoor programs)
I hold a Master’s Degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Marquette University.
My clients are often:
High-functioning professionals or caregivers who are quietly overwhelmed
Emerging adults navigating identity, anxiety, or the pressure to figure it all out
Parents, especially those with children in treatment, who are managing profound emotional exhaustion
Therapists and helping professionals facing burnout, imposter syndrome, or compassion fatigue
People who’ve always been the “responsible one,” but are finally ready to be human
If something inside you is saying, “I can’t keep doing it this way,” you’re in the right place.
Services I Offer:
Individual Psychotherapy
Brainspotting
Mentorship for Therapists & Helping Professionals
Family Support & Consultation
