Couple’s therapy offers couples the opportunity to share their feelings, needs, and challenges in the presence of an experienced clinician. Couple’s therapy provides the support, insight, and tools couples need to strengthen their relationship. It can help couples heal from painful experiences such as infidelity and separation, and re-invent their relationship with greater commitment and closeness. It’s all about ‘doing’ the work and learning, firsthand, how your body and mind react to self-care behaviors.

If juggling life, family, and work are impacting your quality of life, your weight, and overall health, we’ll help you prioritize ‘you' and teach you strategies to make time for yourself. If you find yourself constantly feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, and having difficulties sleeping at night, our wellness team can help you gain manage those challenges.
